‘I’m Elsa Jones, a qualified Nutritional Therapist and author of best-selling book ‘Goodbye Sugar’. As a nutrition consultant I tailor makes nutrition plans for clients based on their health needs and goals. I specialise in motivational weight management, helping clients change their mind-set around food and break unhealthy eating patterns.
