‘I’m Elsa Jones, a qualified Nutritional Therapist and author of best-selling book ‘Goodbye Sugar’. As a nutrition consultant I tailor makes nutrition plans for clients based on their health needs and goals. I specialise in motivational weight management, helping clients change their mind-set around food and break unhealthy eating patterns. I do 1:1 consultations from my office in Rathfarnham in Dublin and I also offer online video consultations for clients outside of Dublin and internationally.
Another way to work with me is through my online programs. My 10 Day Sugar Free Eating Plan and my Perfect Balance Eating Plan provide you with step by step guides and meal plans to help you improve your energy, lose weight and reduce your sugar intake.
My book ‘Goodbye Sugar’ is an effective guide on how to break both a physical and emotional dependency on sugar and includes a diet plan to help reduce sugar cravings as well as mind-set tools to deal with cravings & emotional eating.
