‘I’m Elsa Jones, a qualified Nutritional Therapist and author of best-selling book ‘Goodbye Sugar’. As a nutrition consultant I tailor makes nutrition plans for clients based on their health needs and goals. I specialise in motivational weight management, helping clients change their mind-set around food and break unhealthy eating patterns. I do 1:1 personalised nutrition consultations either from my office in Deansgrange in Dublin or clients have the option to do their consultations online via zoom which works equally well. Online consultations can be done during the day or evenings whereas in person is limited to certain days and daytime slots only.
An independent way to work with me is through my online self study diet plans – My 10 Day Sugar Free Eating Plan and my Perfect Balance Eating Plan provide you with guidance, meal suggestions and recipes to help you improve your energy, lose weight and reduce your sugar intake.
My book ‘Goodbye Sugar’ is an effective guide on how to break both a physical and emotional dependency on sugar and includes diet advice to reduce sugar cravings as well as mind-set tools to deal with cravings & emotional eating. You can purchase it on Amazon UK.
My online coaching group NOURISH is open to join now. These are live evening coaching sessions focusing on wellness & weight management – recordings available! This option makes working with me very affordable and allows for ongoing support.
