Protein – Portion Guidelines
A really simple way to gauge how much protein you should eat at meal times involves your hand. In a nutshell, the portion of protein you should aim to eat at lunch and dinner should be roughly the size of the palm of your hand.
Consuming a palmed sized portion of protein at breakfast is not always practical or even necessary. The breakfast suggestions and recipes I’ve given you, all contain adequate amounts of protein to ensure you’ll be eating a balanced breakfast.
